Keweenaw Charters is pleased to offer free shipping on all apparel orders. International shipping is NOT available at this time. Apparel products are shipped directly by our fulfilment partner, and lead times vary (typical fulfilment time is 2-4 weeks from receipt of order). This policy applies to physical products only, i.e. Keweenaw Charters merchandise. Keweenaw Charters offers no guarantees and assumes no responsibility for shipping delays, lost or missing items, wrong/incorrect products received, or any other concerns you might have regarding your merchandise orders placed via www.keweenawcharters.com. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for merchandise and no refunds will be offered, per our refund policy. Tracking information will not be provided, nor will it be available upon request for any merchandise orders.
